HISTORY
ABBA was a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972 by Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. The group's name is an acronym of the first letters of their first names arranged as a palindrome. They are one of the most popular and successful musical groups of all time. They achieved global success from 1974 to 1982, and again in 2021 after a reunion. They won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with "Waterloo."
STYLE
ABBA's fashion style was a reflection of the vibrant styles of the 1970s, incorporating elements of disco, glam, and bohemian influences into their stage and everyday looks. ABBA's costumes were all about the shiny jumpsuits, the sparkly dungarees, the pompoms, the glittering fabrics, the platform shoes and the animal prints.That colorful and crazy looks weren’t only for fashion, they’re objective was to reduce taxes. On April 6, 1974, ABBA made history when it was presented to Europe and the world.

Frida is wearing an astonishing, fitted, black and brown, cheetah-patterned, velvet jumpsuit which only has one long sleeve; a pair of wonderful, knee-length, black and brown, cheetah-patterned, leather, high-healed boots; some gorgeous, thin, beige, plain, cotton bows that she wears in her neck as a necklace and in her arm; a pair of awesome, tiny, plain, gold hoops whose hair doesn’t let them be seen.
FAVOURITE SONG
My favourite song of ABBA is Dancing Queen, because on the one hand, it is about dancing, the lyrics say that a seventeen-year-old girl goes to dance and becomes the queen of the dance floor. I like the feeling of happiness that this song transmits, she seems to be enjoying the moment. On the other hand, I’m keen on the video clip because of the moment when all the group starts dancing.
